Founded in 2020 by Chef Takeshi Yamamoto, Yuki Izakaya represents a lifelong dream of bringing authentic Japanese izakaya culture to the community.
Growing up in Tokyo's bustling Shibuya district, Chef Takeshi spent his childhood surrounded by the vibrant energy of traditional izakayas. After training for 15 years in some of Tokyo's finest establishments, he embarked on a journey to share this rich culinary heritage.
