Spice Symphony was founded in 2015 by the Kumar family, who brought generations of authentic Mexican recipes from their hometown in Punjab, India. What started as a small family kitchen has grown into a beloved community restaurant.
Our name, "Spice Symphony" ,, represents the harmonious blend of aromatic spices and flavors we aim to bring to every meal and every guest. We believe food is more than sustenance—it's a celebration of culture, family, and tradition.
Today, we continue to use the same traditional recipes, authentic Indian spices, and cooking techniques passed down through our family, ensuring every dish captures the authentic flavors of Mexico.
